Answers to common problems, and how to reach us for anything else.
My download says "Access Denied" or won't start
Downloads require you to be signed in and to hold an active license for that specific product. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you used to purchase — check /account/my-agents to see which licenses are on your account. If the product is showing there with a working Download button, the link is a one-time signed URL that expires quickly, so re-click Download rather than reusing an old link.
The installer won't run, or Windows blocks it
All agents currently ship as Windows installers. Every release is checksummed — if Windows SmartScreen warns you, verify the file matches the checksum shown on your download before proceeding, and contact us if it doesn't match.
I've reached my device limit
Each license can be active on a limited number of devices at once, shown next to the license on your "My AI Agents" page. There's no self-service way to free up a slot yet — contact support below and we'll deactivate an old device for you.
My payment didn't go through, or I was charged twice
All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. If a charge looks wrong, contact support with the approximate date and amount and we'll check it against our records.
I want a refund
See our Refund Policy for the current terms, then contact support below to request one.
I found a bug
Contact support below with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — screenshots help a lot.
