Software License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: Not yet published
What this covers
This governs your use of the installed desktop application itself, separately from the Terms of Sale that govern the purchase.
How the software actually works
This section is factual, verified against the real system:
- The application runs locally on your computer and reads/writes files you explicitly point it at.
- It periodically validates your license against our servers; a license can be activated on a limited number of devices at once (shown on your account's "My AI Agents" page).
- Some agents call third-party AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) to do their work — [MARTIN: confirm which providers are used per-agent, and whether that should be disclosed here in more detail].
License grant
[MARTIN: whether the license is exclusive/non-exclusive, transferable, and any usage restrictions (e.g. no reverse engineering, no resale)]
Updates
[MARTIN: your policy on whether updates are automatic, mandatory, or optional, and whether new versions can change functionality]
Termination
[MARTIN: conditions under which a license can be revoked]
Warranty and liability
[MARTIN: your warranty disclaimer and liability limitation for the software itself]
